It’s Fall Y'all & That Means Falling Leaves

I don’t know about you, but watching the leaves change color in the fall is one of my favorite pastimes as the weather begins to cool. Such bright and wonderful colors. Before we know it, the leaves are falling from the trees and kids are taking them into piles to ride their bikes through. It all paints a lovely picture.
Did you know that there can be an ugly side to those beautiful falling leaves? They could lead to water damage in your home.
How?
They can clog up your gutters. If your gutters are not cleaned out the leaves can pile up and prevent water from being properly diverted away from your home when it rains. We have seen several houses with water build up in the crawl space due to clogged gutter systems. That water can cause damage to the sub-floor and more.
