Allison has been with SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County for 2 years. Prior to starting with us Allison worked with SERVPRO of Birmingham on the Jacksonville State University project after the tornado damage in Spring of 2018. Allison has also served as a juvenile probation officer (4.5 years) and worked with a nonprofit victim advocacy program (2 years). 

Allison is originally from Lake Forest, California. After high school she moved to Alabama to attend the University of Alabama. She graduated magna cum laude from U.A. with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. 

Currently, Allison resides in Anniston, Alabama. Her small farm has 4 dogs, 3 cats, 3 pygmy goats and 45 chickens. As an animal lover Allison is also actively involved with 2nd Chance Animal Shelter in Boaz, Alabama.

Lorin joined the Lamey’s at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in July of 2018. She is our resident digital and social media marketer. Her responsibilities include creating and posting to the various social media platforms, creating and maintaining content for our website, and online reputation management. She also runs “storm” from the office when we send crews out traveling for large storm events. Prior to joining us here, Lorin’s background was retail. She spent 9 years working for the Bealls subsidiary Burkes Outlet as their lead supervisor. 

Originally from South Florida, Lorin moved to Northeast Alabama in 2007. She enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband is in the Alabama Army National Guard. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, swimming and kayaking.

Wendy joined the team here at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in April of 2017 as a production technician before being moved into the office. Prior to starting with SERVPRO, Wendy worked in retail. She spent 8 years working for Lowes Home Improvement Store. 

Wendy holds the following IICRC certification:

  • FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Wendy is originally from the Welborn area of Calhoun County, but she now lives in Alexandria. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and son.

Hannah is one of our most recent hires at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County. Prior to joining our team Hannah spent 2 years with the Etowah County Courthouse as a property tax collector. 

Hannah is originally from the Gadsden area, but she currently lives in Huntsville with her two adorable children. She is a self proclaimed animal lover and thrill seeker. She loves her roller coasters.

Simon joined the team here at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County just over 2 years ago. Prior to starting with us Simon spent 7 years in retail sales and then 5 years in human resources. His responsibilities in our office include creating estimates that we use to bill out the work produced to insurance companies. He is proficient with Xactimate software.

Simon was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida where some of his family still lives. As a member of the Church of the Highlands, Simon is active in helping the community. Simon is a dog lover, he has 2 of his own and enjoys the days when Brady (owners Chris and Jenny’s rescue dog) comes to the office.

Wade has been with the Lamey’s since they purchased the SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County franchises in 2016. Before joining the Lamey team, Wade worked under many previous owners. He has a total of 23 years with SERVPRO. Wade is the sales and marketing representative over Calhoun and Cleburne Counties. As we joke in our office, Wade is the man who bleeds SERVPRO orange and green. Wade is cross-trained to also be a first responder for production when need be, which he likes because it gives him a strong understanding of all aspects of the business.

Wade holds the following IICRC certifications:

  • WRT- Water Damage Restoration
  • FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
  • Odor
  • Subrogation

Wade is from Calhoun County. He was raised in Weaver, Alabama and now lives in White Plains, Alabama. Wade is active in the Calhoun County Chamber as an Ambassador. He is the Master At Arms of the Rotary Club in Calhoun County. Wade is also involved in the Exchange Club. He loves going out to JSU and supporting the Gamecocks as well.

Theresa started her journey with the Lamey’s of SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County three and a half years ago, but she has a total of fifteen and a half years with SERVPRO under previous owners. Theresa is the sales and marketing representative for Etowah and Cherokee Counties. She is also our resident storm representative, which means she travels to areas affected by natural disasters to explain the process and help get the customer signed up for services.

Theresa holds the following IICRC Certifications:

  • WRT- Water Damage Restoration
  • FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Theresa is from right here in Gadsden. She is an ambassador with the Gadsden/Etowah County Chamber of Commerce. Each Christmas Theresa sponsors a family in need.

Reconstruction Job File Coordinator



Sabrinia is a new member to the Lamey Team at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County. Her previous experience is  mainly in project management for construction. She is a certified professional home inspector. 

Sabrinia is from the Guntersville area, but now lives in Anniston. She helps with charity events, church and softball. She has two children who are both in the military, but her true joy is her grandson.

Dennis Anderson joined SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in January 2017. Prior to starting with us Dennis worked in foundry manufacturing and heavy pipeline construction. He started as a crew chief with us and quickly was promoted to production manager. In January of 2020 Dennis decided to make the change from the mitigation side of our business to the reconstruction side.

Dennis holds the following IICRC Certifications:

  • WRT- Water Damage Restoration
  • AMRT- Mold Damage Restoration

Dennis was born and raised in Alexandria, Alabama where he still resides. He is active in his church along with his wife, Anna and their son.

Chris joined the Lamey’s at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County 2 years ago. He started as a monitoring technician/crew chief and quickly was promoted to production manager. Previously, he worked under a different owner a few years before. Chris spent several years working as a manager for Jack’s in Piedmont. 

Chris holds the following IICRC certifications:

  • WRT- Water Damage Restoration
  • Trauma and Crime Scene

Chris is originally from the Birmingham area. He recently sold his house in Ballplay and moved to Gadsden.

Kyle has been with the Lamey’s since the beginning when they purchased SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in 2016. Before joining the Lamey’s, Kyle worked under other owners and has been with SERVPRO for a total of 15 years. His special areas of focus with SERVPRO include large losses and storm events.

  • ASD- Applied Structural Drying
  • FSRT- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration

Kyle is from the Centre, Alabama area, but now lives in Southside, Alabama.

Roberto is one of the newer members here at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County. He joined our team this past summer. His background includes 30 years of construction industry experience. Roberto is from Phoenix, Arizona and now resides in Oxford Alabama. He is involved in the community watch program for the little Mexico section.

Jeanette came to us from a temporary employment agency, but her work ethic and drive had us hiring her on the instant we could. She is one of our most recent hires. Prior to joining our team here at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County she has worked in a variety of fields. Jeanette has worked in a yarn mill, in an automotive plant as an inspector and as a CNA taking care of patients. Jeanette has been involved in her community through Bingo at an assisted living facility. She loves spending time with her family and there are a bunch of them.

Lorin joined the Lamey’s at SERVPRO in July of 2018. She started as our resident digital and social media marketer. In November of 2021, Lorin took on the role of HR Manager and training manager. She has always had a passion for others and helping them accomplish goals. A lot of her work  is behind the scenes, but we would not be the team we are today without her. Lorin interviews and on-boards our new hires helping the transition in to their role easy.
