Roof Leak and Ceiling Damage

A customer called with kitchen water damage in Anniston, AL.  She had recently had her roof repaired, but she was still finding water and moisture in places in her kitchen. We saw a wet spot on the ceiling and went into the attic. When we removed her insulation, we found a broken pipe. The paint and drywall on her ceiling were beginning to bubble,  but she didn’t want her ceiling removed.  We were able to save and restore the ceiling materials with no demolition whatsoever.   As you can see, it looks amazing.
